Ok. So I have started the weight loss journey again. I just went to the doctor on the 16th and weighed 184. Good God, I want to puke. *rolls eyes*
I re-enrolled at my gym, but this time I added childcare. Now, I can definitely go exercise with no excuses (although I am sure I will still try to come up with them).
MY goals...
1. Get to pre-pregnancy weight (read: before BOTH kids) by this time next year (Aug 2010).
2. Make some form of physical activity part of my weekly routine.
I'll try to update this as much as possible, and at least weigh in once a month. We'll see how it goes. Wish me luck!
